  The Republic of Seychelles is located in the Indian Ocean, northeast of Madagascar. The country has an area of ​​only 455 km2, and is characterized by its tropical marine climate and volcanic mountainous terrain. The total population is 99,202, and its capital, Victoria, is the most populous of its cities. The culture of Seychelles is dominated by ancient traditions mixed with the heritage of British colonialism that the country was subjected to, as it is characterized by a multinational and multicultural mix in most parts of the country, and they speak several languages ​​between them, which are Seychellois Creole, French and English. The official currency is the Seychellois rupee, and the country has an open economy, with a gross domestic product of about $1.32 billion, and the industry and tourism sectors are the main contributors to the country's economy. Seychelles is characterized by a variety of destinations and attractions, cultural and natural, as it has two UNESCO World Heritage sites spread across the country which is visited by more than 384,000 tourists every year.
