  The country of Lesotho is located in southern Africa with an area of ​​30,355 km2. The country is characterized by its Mediterranean climate and mountainous terrain with abyssal valleys. With a total population of 2 million, its capital, Maseru, is the most populous of its cities. The culture of Lesotho is dominated by ancient traditions influenced by British heritage, as it is characterized by a mix of multinationals and cultures, and English is spoken among them as the official language. The official currency is the loti, and the country has an open economy, with a gross domestic product of about $7.4 billion. Lesotho is characterized by a variety of destinations and attractions, cultural and natural as it is visited by more than one million tourists every year.
