  The Republic of Bangladesh is located in South Asia on the borders with India, Burma and Bengal. It covers an area of ​​148,460 km2. The country is characterized by its tropical climate and plain terrain. The total population is 166.6 million, and its capital, Dhaka, is the most populous of its cities. The culture of Bangladesh is dominated by ancient traditions, which is characterized by a mix of multinationals and cultures with the presence of 90% of the Muslim population, and they speak Bengali among them as the official language. The official currency is the Bangladeshi taka, and the country has an open economy, with a GDP of about $864 billion, which puts it at number 29 in the world economically. Bangladesh is characterized by a variety of destinations and attractions, cultural and natural as it has 3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in addition to many attractions spread across the country that are visited by tourists from different regions of the world.
