About Algeria: 

  The Republic of Algeria consists of 58 provinces located in North Africa on the borders with Morocco, Mauritania, Libya, Niger and Tunisia. Its area is 2,381,741 km2. The country is characterized by its Mediterranean climate and mountainous terrain with vast desert lands. The total population is 44.7 million, and its capital, Algeria, is the most crowded among its cities. The culture of Algeria is dominated by ancient traditions, as it is characterized by a mix of multinationals and cultures with the presence of the majority of the Muslim population, and they speak Arabic among them as the official language. The official currency is the Algerian dinar, and the country has an open economy, with a gross domestic product of about $684 billion. Algeria is characterized by a variety of destinations and tourist attractions, cultural and natural as it has 7 sites belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage in addition to many attractions spread throughout the country which is visited by tourists from different regions of the world.
