About the Solomon Islands: 

  The Solomon Islands State is located in Oceania in the Southern Pacific Ocean, and consists of 6 main islands with an area of ​​28,400 km2. The total population is 652,857, and its capital, Honiara, is the most populous of its cities. The culture of the Solomon Islands is dominated by ancient traditions, as it is characterized by a mix of multinationals and cultures in most parts of the country, and English is used among them as the official language. The official currency is the Solomon Islands dollar, and the country has an open economy, with a gross domestic product of about $1.4 billion, which puts it in 5th place among the countries of Oceania in terms of economy, and three main sectors play an important role in the country's GDP, which are services, industry and agriculture. Solomon Islands is characterized by a variety of destinations and attractions, cultural and natural, and the most popular major tourist activities are fishing, water sports and hiking throughout the country which is visited by more than 28,900 million tourists each year.
