The Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) for European passport holders was activated on March 5, 2025. Under this decision, citizens of all European countries must obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) if they wish to enter the United Kingdom starting April 2, 2025.
This decision complements measures previously announced by the UK government to enhance border security and facilitate entry procedures to the UK.
