St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Program: Reducing the minimum real estate investment and other changes

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit has announced amendments to the Citizenship by Investment Program, effective October 25, 2024. These changes include:

 

  1. Reducing the minimum real estate investment to 325,000 USD from 400,000 USD.
  2. The ability to include parents over the age of 55 instead of 65.
  3. The main applicant can apply for St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship if not declared bankrupt within 10 years of applying.
