Saint Kitts and Nevis: First Caribbean country to win Best Passport award at HSP Latin America conference

In a new achievement, Saint Kitts and Nevis was awarded the “Best New Passport” award for 2025 at the High Security Printing (HSP) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, making it the first Caribbean country to receive this award.

The “Best New Passport” award for 2025 comes after the launch of its new passport in November 2024, with advanced security features. This is a step taken by a government that shows its commitment day after day to remaining at the forefront of countries in implementing the highest international standards at all levels.

In continuation of these efforts, the Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis, Dr. Terence Drew, announced that his government will soon introduce legislation to Parliament that will include enhancements to the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Program, including mandatory residency provisions and enhanced biometric verification systems.

In this context, the proposal represents a positive development by strengthening the relationship between investors and the country while also maintaining the global leadership of the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Program.
