Reduced fees for adding dependents to the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship Program

The Citizenship by Investment Unit in St. Kitts and Nevis has announced new updates that primarily reduce the cost of adding dependents, with the following changes:

  • The Sustainable Island State Fund

The minimum investment for a family of 4 has become 250,000 USD instead of 350,000 USD, and fees for adding additional dependents are as follows:

  • 25,000 USD for each additional dependent under 18, instead of 50,000 USD.
  • 50,000 USD for each additional dependent aged 18 or over, instead of 75,000 USD.
  • Public Benefit Option

The minimum investment remains 250,000 USD per applicant, and the fees for adding dependents have been changed as follows:

    • The main applicant is exempt from the application fee for citizenship upon approval.
    • 15,000 USD for a spouse.
    • 10,000 USD per dependent under age 18.
    • 15,000 USD per dependent age 18 or older.
  • Real Estate Option

The minimum investment remains 400,000 USD, and there is no change in the additional fees for post-approval CBI application:

  • 25,000 USD for main applicant.
  • 15,000 USD for a spouse.
  • 10,000 USD per dependent under age 18.
  • 15,000 USD per dependent age 18 or older.
