The Deputy Director of the Public Service Agency, Iulia Petuhov, reported in a press statement that Moldova has received 23 applications so far, since the launch of Moldova citizenship by investment program in the second half of 2018. This program requires the investor to provide a financial contribution to the Moldovian government, through the Public Sustainable Development Fund of Moldova (Public Investment Fund). Reach Immigration was one of the first immigration companies to offer the Moldova Citizenship by Investment program, among its other citizenship by investment programs.
The report included that one of the applicants, has already obtained Moldovian citizenship, but no details or information regarding the identity of the investor were released, as the Moldova Citizenship by Investment Program focuses on privacy and security of data on a very high level.. As for the remaining applicants, Iulia Petuhov just mentioned that the majority decided to apply for a Moldovian passport to benefit from the investment opportunities offered by the country’s economy.
