The Citizenship by Investment Index (CBI) has released its new results for 2025, with Saint Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Lucia, and Antigua and Barbuda ranking among the top five globally, once again confirming the Caribbean’s leading position as a preferred destination for investors seeking second citizenship solutions.
The index also showed that Caribbean programs not only offer reliable programs but have also become the global benchmark against which other citizenship by investment programs are measured, underscoring the global expansion of this industry.
For the first time, Nauru has appeared on the list of the Best Citizenship by Investment Programs, ranking sixth in the CBI Index for 2025. This achievement is a strong entry following the launch of its new program to promote economic and climate resilience, which focuses on the country’s sustainability.
Turkey also ranked ninth, reinforcing the strength of its program and confirming its continued appeal to investors. Egypt ranked eleventh, thanks to the diversity of its investment options.
