Dominica’s Citizenship by Investment Unit announced the suspension of processing applications from Iranian nationals, according to a memo dated March 23, 2026, which was circulated to authorized agents, including Reach Immigration.
This decision took effect immediately. The memo clarifies that the suspension is not permanent or entirely comprehensive. According to the memo, applications from Iranian nationals will only be considered if they meet the following three conditions:
- Not having resided in Iran for the past 10 years
- Not owning assets or property in Iran
- Not conducting any business activity—directly or indirectly—in Iran
Despite these updates restricting applications from Iranian nationals, there are still options available for residency, citizenship, and a second passport.
