Amendments to the Investment amount in Greece Golden Visa Program

The Greek government has announced new rules for investment in the Golden Visa program, which includes 2 investment options:

 

  1. Real estate investment amount at no less than 800,000 EUR in Athens and all its suburbs, the Thessaloniki area, Mykonos, Santorini, and all islands with a population exceeding 3,100 inhabitants, as well as some administrative units.
  2. Real estate investment amount at no less than 400,000 EUR for other areas.

It is a requirement that the area of each property is at least 120 square meters.

 

However, investors still have the option to invest a minimum of 250,000 EUR to obtain the Golden Visa in Greece until September 30, 2024. For more details, book a free consultation by clicking on the link here.
