About Ecuador: 

  The Republic of Ecuador is located in western South America on the borders with Peru, Colombia and the Pacific Ocean, with an area of 248,360 km2. It has a total population of 17 million, and its capital, Quito, is the most populous of its cities. The culture of Ecuador is dominated by ancient traditions, which is characterized by a mix of multinationals and cultures in most parts of the country, and Spanish is spoken among them as the official language. The official currency is the US dollar, and the country has an open economy, with a gross domestic product of about 202 billion dollars, which puts it in 9th place among Latin American countries in terms of economy. Ecuador is characterized by a variety of destinations, attractions, cultural, natural and many attractions spread across the country and it has 5 UNESCO sites which are visited by more than 3.5 million tourists every year.

  Ecuador's passport is currently ranked 59th according to the Reach Immigration Passport Index, providing access to 95 destinations around the world, and is considered one of the most desirable passports as it gives its holder the highest degree of mobility between various destinations.
