The government of Cyprus, similar to other governments trying to overcome the economic crisis caused by the COVID 19 epidemic, has decided to expedite the processing of citizenship-by-investment programmes pending applications, hoping to boost the economy and get foreign liquid cash into the Cypriot market.
The program requires an investment of 2 million Euro in the real estate sector, plus a donation to the Research and Innovation Foundation and Cyprus Land Development to be transferred after an applicant is approved, this kind of investment will sure boost the economy during the Lockdown of businesses due to the Coronavirus outbreak
