Canada has extended travel restrictions until May 21, 2021 for travelers of all countries.

In light of the Corona pandemic, Canada announced that it will continue to impose travel restrictions on travelers from all over the world until May 21.2021, so that international flights will continue to be accepted through only four Canadian airports, namely, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary.

It’s important to note most foreign nationals cannot travel to Canada, even if they have a valid visitor visa or electronic travel authorization (ETA).

Incoming travelers are also required to show the result of the COVID-19 test that was conducted within 72 hours of coming to Canada, and they must take another test upon arrival, in addition to that travelers must undergo quarantine in certain hotels approved by the government for a period of 3 days until the appearance test result.

In addition, all travelers to Canada must undergo a 14-day quarantine, the above mentioned 3 days period is counted from the 14 days. and this does not include travelers who regularly cross the border to work, such as emergency service providers and others.
