Immigration Rules of EB-5 Investment Program

As part of the Immigration Act of 1990, Public Law 101-649, 104 Stat. 4978, the Congress established the EB-5 Immigrant visa classification to incentivize the Job creation in the United States, the program has been under plenty of regulatory amendments over the years, one of the most important amendments is the introduction of the Regional Centers in 1992, the USCIS has published the policy manual that contains the program’s adjudications and regulatory amendments that is available on the agency’s website.
